Basic Email Newsletters, Now Included
Our 4.34 release includes a basic email newsletter feature integrated with the Bondware core software. In addition to freestyle newsletters, articles published in Bondware can be easily sent to your email lists. This feature includes postage for 5,000 free emails each month. Bounce management is automatic and additional postage can be purchased as needed. Tools are included for managing email lists, editing a newsletter template and subscribe/unsubscribe functions. Newsletters sent using this feature are limited to one email per second and no analytics are collected such as opens, clicks, forwards, etc.
We anticipate that many of our customers will use this feature and take advantage of the free monthly postage. Meanwhile, we will continue to develop the advanced features of our Newsletter Pro module and as of November 1, 2014, the price of the Newsletter Pro module will increase to $15/month reflecting its value to advanced email marketers.
Webform File Attachments
The ability to create basic webforms and accept submissions from site visitors has been around since Bondware 1.0. This release of Bondware includes the ability to accept file attachments on webform submissions. File types supported include: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .eps, .txt, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls and .pdf. Using this feature, site owners will be able to automate business processes such as the submission of website banner ads, display advertising, resumes, etc.
