Bondware Version 4.37

The Bondware team is pleased to announce the release of Bondware 4.37. This release provides new tools to better understand your audience, promote your best content and generate more advertising revenue from your website. New or existing customers can experience the latest Bondware features via our 15-day free trial.

Audience Analytics

Bondware now provides reporting on the number of views for each content section by month. This information can be very helpful for determining reader interests or developing plans to monetize your content with advertising. See the new Analytics feature under Admin|Content|Manage Sections on your Bondware site.

Better Content Promotion

This release of Bondware supports the designation of articles as "featured" and "breaking" news. When checked, these articles will be displayed by newly created elements that can promote "featured" or breaking" news anywhere on your site. When an article has run its course, simply uncheck the designation and select new articles to promote.

We created these new features as an alternative to the practice of managing "featured" or "breaking" news within special content sections before migrating the articles to their proper content section. This approach will more accurately track stats on your articles/sections and eliminate extra admin work on your site.

SmartAd Now Available

Our development team is pleased to announce our best advertising management system yet. The new SmartAd module is now available for customers who are interested in more sophisticated ad management on their websites.

In addition to the familiar notions of ads & ad groups from our Ad Manager module, SmartAd helps with the real issues associated with advertising such as selling ads to customers, managing to contracts, demonstrating ad performance to customers and simplifying the management of ad positions on your web site. The SmartAd module is now included and pre-configured on every free trial site for speedy evaluation.
