There are a few exclusive features designed into the Media Driven template that can be used to their full potential.
Header Ad Spot
To edit the 760x90 ad spot go to: Design>>Site Templates
Under the Primary Template click Edit
In the left sidebar under 
Click header.tpl
Change out the Ad Group Element on line 4
$element(adman,groupad,768x90 Sample)$
or change the group name to match the header ad group you've created
Happening Now
The 'Happening Now' bar displays the Top Stories section by default, and populates 3 articles.
You can customize this however you would like.
Change the color
Under header.tpl
On line 8 change the word orange to one of the following template default colors
yellow | blue | green | pink | red | purple
Or go to: Design>>Site Design if you are using an Official Template or copy.
Under Base Site Colors
Change the Header Color
Change the title
Under header.tpl
On line 9 change 'Happening Now - ' between the h2 tags.
Change this to whatever you want.
Some examples include: Breaking News | Top Stories | Local News
Change the section or article count
Under header.tpl
On line 10 change the section id# to the section you want it to pull from
$element(bwcore,bwsections,1:3,N,L,N,N,N,N,N,0,D,N)$
Change the number of articles you want it to pull from
$element(bwcore,bwsections,1:3,N,L,N,N,N,N,N,0,D,N)$
Logo
A cropped to the edge logo in these sizes are a perfect fit for the header of this template.

Banner Ad Spot
The other 50% of the header is allotted for a standard banner ad spot.
The default ad spot is 468x60px
Go to: Design>>Header
Change the Ad Group Element in the Text Editor
$element(adman,groupad,header_468x60)$
Replace the Element or change the group name
or in Ad manager: Close the existing ad in this group and create an active ad in this same group.
