After uploading an Ad to Ad Manager, copy the Ad Group Element.
Go to: Design>>Header
Paste the Ad Group Element in the text editor below the logo upload. 50% of the sites width, to the right of the logo area is allotted for this ad space.Banner Ads are recommended.
How do I place a banner ad the full width of the site in the header?
Go to: Design>>Site Templates
Click Edit under the Primary Template
In the left sidebar under Template Files
Click header.tpl
Paste the Ad Group Element inside of a div with the proper id and class.
