This feature is for easy access to Admin functions, the full Admin panel and the Writer options.
Navigating The Admin Bar
This is useful when viewing the front-end of the site and want to make a quick change like editing typo etc.
The first option is 'Admin Panel' this is a link to the Admin Home page.

If a Writer is logged in it will read 'Writer'. Username at the far right links to the Writer page. Hover over this link and it will drop down to: |

The dropdown lists all the add-modules installed on your site for quick access.

The fourth option is a Person Icon with a number. This is the number of visitors actively on the site at that moment.
The fifth option is a Speech Bubble Icon with a number. This is the amount of pending comments your site has.
The sixth option changes depending on what page you are viewing.
If you are viewing the Homepage it will read: Edit Homepage
If you are viewing a Section it will read: Manage Section
If you are viewing an Article it will read: Edit Article
To change the color
Go to: Settings >> General Site Settings
Scroll to: Admin Bar Settings
Scroll to: Admin Bar Settings
Select Light or Dark in the Drop Down: - 'Light or Dark' Select your Admin Bar Style (Light or Dark - Light is default)
